Summer in the Zillertal

In the summer months, when the white slopes turn into lush green alpine pastures, the Zillertal holiday region becomes an extensive paradise for hiking, biking, and climbing during your vacation.

HIKING

We are happy to provide each guest with personalized hiking suggestions. From walks and easy hikes to hut hikes or multi-day alpine high-altitude tours, the Zillertal Alps offer all possibilities!

MOUNTAIN BIKING

The impressive natural scenery and the well-developed network of routes and trails offer everything from leisurely family tours to professional routes. Tour suggestions can be found at
www.mayrhofen.at and maps.mayrhofen.at

In Mayrhofen, there are two downhill tracks: "Himmelfahrt" and "Höllenritt," two biking routes with varying technical and endurance requirements.

New is the Singletrail Wiesenalm "RideAble Project" in the Zillertal Arena, with a length of 5.2 km, suitable for both hobby bikers and experienced professionals.

RUN & WALK

Fitness-oriented vacationers can enjoy themselves on a total of eight diverse routes, set against the impressive mountain backdrop of the Zillertal. The running and Nordic walking trails are designed for athletes and also lead through particularly quiet and untouched parts of the landscape around Mayrhofen and Hippach.

CLIMBING

Climbing is one of the oldest sports in the Zillertal. The Zillertal offers countless opportunities for climbing enthusiasts, including nine via ferrata routes, three of which are in close proximity to our aparthotel, a climbing hall, a bouldering hall, an outdoor climbing tower, and five climbing gardens – including the unique climbing and bouldering area "Die ewigen Jagdgründe" in Ginzling.

PARAGLIDING, EXTREME SPORTS

Flying is possible year-round in the Zillertal – whether as a solo flyer or as a tandem passenger with an experienced pilot.
